Hotel Swadesh Heritage was established in Udupi on April 10, 1998. Sophisticated hospitality is the key word here next to customer satisfaction. Centrally located at Maruthi Veethika and a stones throwaway from the world famous Krishna Temple, Swadesh has carved a niche clientele in the city.

 This is the fourth project of the ‘Swadesh Group of Hotels’, founded by the well-known hotelier of Mumbai, Mr Kadekar Sannamane Raghurama Shetty and Mrs Janaki Shetty. Mr Shetty had gone to Mumbai during his childhood looking for greener pastures. His hard work and dedication resulted in the setting up of ‘Swadesh Group of Hotels’, 45 years ago, then there was no looking back for him.

Their vegetarian units at Andheri and Versova in Mumbai are the hot favourites there. Another one at Mangalore with vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant,  and a bar is also one of the top-rated restaurants. The Mangalore unit has specialized in catering.

Hotel Swadesh Heritage at Udupi was inaugurated by His Holiness Sri Sri Vishweshwatirtha Swamiji of the Pejavar Mutt, Udupi on April 10, 1998. Since then, ‘Swadesh’ has been rendering quality food and service, and become a favourite spot of food lovers.
